Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To return an item, ensure it is in brand new condition and includes the original packaging we used to ship it. Please contact us for a shipping address and simply mail the item to the provided address, in the condition cited above. We will then issue a full refund for your order.

Please note that returns or exchanges may not be possible if the product:

  • Shows visible wear or damage
  • Is not in its original packaging, including any sleeves and tags

The original purchaser making the return assumes responsibility of the package being sent back. It is recommended the original purchaser adds enough insurance on the package to cover its entire value in case the package is lost or stolen. If this happens, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.

Important Note: Returns can take several weeks to process as items must be shipped back and inspected for approval. Please be patient, as refunds will only be issued after the item has been inspected and approved on our end.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, including any gift cards used during checkout.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for another, the above applies, however we will reimburse your shipping expense. This reimbursement will be in the form of a credit if the item you are exchanging it for is more expensive than the original purchase. If the new item is less expensive, it will be refunded to the payment method used for the original purchase.
