Lifetime Warranty

Because I truly believe a piece of jewelry should be made to last, every Mythic pendant, ring or earring comes with a limited lifetime warranty,  ensuring that upon arrival, each piece is free from material and manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is valid for their lifetime, starting from the date of purchase from the official Mythic website or from an authorized Mythic retailer, in accordance with applicable state or national consumer goods laws. The warranty will be immediately void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or resold by the original purchaser.

Our handcrafted pieces are designed to endure, and we are confident in their quality. Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, tarnishing (which can be easily cleaned), misuse or improper storage, or modifications made by third parties.

All mechanical components, such as chain clasps, are shipped with a limited 1-year warranty. These components are also built to last but are subject to additional wear. With reasonable care, these components are expected to last, however Mythic does not assume responsibility of these individual components past 1 year of original purchase.

Ultimately, our warranty policy includes specific criteria for determining the eligibility of claims. Coverage is designed to address damage or failure resulting from manufacturing and material quality issues, within reasonable durability limits of the product’s materials and design.

The criteria for conditional warranty approval are as follows:

Damaged, loose, or missing stones

Broken necklace chains

Malfunctioning or damaged clasps

Items that have fallen apart due to manufacturing defects

Warranty claims may be rejected for the following reasons, though this list is not exhaustive:

Lost items (no exceptions)

Stolen items

Oxidation, discoloration, and tarnishing over time

Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions such as temperature fluctuations and chemicals

Wear and tear from regular use

Natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended use, including rips, tears, holes, burns, pilling, and shrinking

Damage due to improper use or carelessness

Damage from improper storage or maintenance

Damage resulting from repair or modification, including the use of cleaning solutions that tarnish silver or remove patina, as these solutions are typically acidic

Alteration or damage caused by a third party

Any changes to eyewear products, such as replacing existing lenses with prescription lenses

Transfer of ownership through resale

Items purchased from unauthorized retailers

Sample sale items are not eligible for warranty replacement under any circumstances
